Derby Lib Dems Announce New Executive

Derby Liberal Democrats have announced their new Executive Committee. The new officers for the executive are; Chair: Joe Naitta Vice-Chair: Roger Jackson Secretary: John-Paul Keane Treasurer: Simon King Membership Secretary: Eric Ashburner

Commenting on his election as Chair, Joe Naitta said, "We have a great team of people to lead Derby Lib Dems in what is probably General Election year. Leading the council in Derby and with increasing support nationally, the Lib Dems have a real chance of a breakthrough here".

Parliamentary Spokesperson for Derby South Lucy Care commented, "The new Executive is a team of talented people committed to Derby and the party. Many people across Derby are ready to support the Liberal Democrats, so one of the most important messages the executive needs to get across is that they could elect a Lib Dem MP to represent them in Derby South this year".
